Founder’s Vision
Ocean Conservation Waves of Freedom was founded by Dawn Bishop with the belief that marine mammals deserve humane, science-based solutions that prioritize both welfare and ecosystem integrity. What began as a personal mission has grown into a dedicated effort to create real change—through research, education, and the development of a seaside sanctuary for dolphins who cannot be released back into the wild.
